Hi Damon,

There does not appear to be a way to use the server programmatically like the 
client and producer.  That is, there is no "engine" DLL file that I can open, 
as far as I can tell.  What I want to be able to do is load a server engine, 
create some resources, and tell it to start listening on some port.
