[Delta] building Iris

Hello,

The Iris web page says, "There are 3 modules to checkout", and then provides 
instructions for 2 checkouts.

After checkingout, how should Iris be built? I'm having compilation errors. 

I wanted to play with Iris but the conntest provided with the Psi source gives 
me a XMPP protocol error. Also, I find the commented sample code in 
client.cpp a bit strange, compared to what I see used in the examples and in 
Psi.
