Iris is not yet buildable as a library.  Generally you just build it all 
together with your app, probably by using iris.pri.

Were you trying to connect to jabber.org?  It seems the latest server upgrade 
confuses Iris. :(  You might try connecting to a different server instead.  
I'll have to find a workaround for this.  It only affects 1.0 mode, which is 
why Psi still works.
