The day has come.  The QCA header files are done!  Well, aside from the Qt 4 
upgrade and the doxygen docs, of course.

This is your chance now to analyze the header files for any problems or 
missing features!

After this we can move on to greater things, like actually coding.

I'd like to take this moment to thank our crypto expert, Jack Lloyd, who has 
been an invaluable resource of the information necessary to put the QCA 2 
interface together.  I've been emailing this guy off and on for almost a 
year, and somehow he put up with it. :)

Brad: I noticed the "quoted printable textfilter" is still in the TODO.  This 
doesn't seem to be an essential feature, do you still want to do something 
with it?
