[Delta] QCA roadmap

Let's plan for QCA 2.0 beta 4 by next Wednesday.  The goal of beta 4 is to 
address all of the "problem" API spots and make important bug fixes.  I'd 
also like qca-pkcs11 operational with this version, if that's possible.

There will be a beta5 to cover the remaining API additions.  After that, we'll 
have a test1.  There will be no API changes between the last beta and the 
first test candidate (the main purpose of beta5 is to act as a buffer).

I propose then:
  Beta 4: Wednesday, April 18th
  Beta 5: Monday, April 30th
  Test 1: Wednesday, May 9th
  Final: Monday, May 28th

This is for the library only.  1.0 plugins are not guaranteed by Final.
