That's because of configuration on the mailing list. 

I'd also want to ask why the long "Psi development discussion, mainly of
the UI and roadmap" name and "psi-devel-affinix.com at lists.affinix.com"
email. Is this to scare away some users?

I guess there is a reason for the email, but it's not evident to me.

Funny thing: "Reply to list" in Evolution 1.4.5 sends the reply to
"psi-devel-affinix at com.lists.affinix.com".
