[Psi-devel] Please test file transfer

The same problem is on Windows platform. It seems that something 
happened between 04-Aug and 08-Aug, because Psi-CVS dated on 4th August 
works for me just fine, and the next snapshot, taken on 8th August 
compiles without error, however crashes during startup.

The only (big) thing changed in that period of time is Misha's action 
customization framework in MainWin. And call stack at crash moment seems 
to confirm that. I believe Misha is hard at work, as he found out that 
his build is crashing (after applying my patch) and it seems it's not 
caused by my patch.
