Yeah, I had that discussion today already. It should be an option or
something. My roster is always visible, but some other windows may be in
front of it. Then I want to see my roster, so I click in the tray. Huh,
nothing happens? Right, it's been hidden first. So click again and it
will pop to the front. After watching the roster a while, I switch back
to the other full screen application so Psi gets to the back again.

A behaviour like <Win>+<P> (Patryk's patch) would be better here, I
think: Tray click toggles the window as before, except that it first
brings it to front when it isn't. Should be easy to do, too. I'll look
at it again.
