[Psi-devel] Borders in ChatDlg

The ChatDlg borders in the CVS version seems to have gotten fat, but I
don't remember when - 0.9.2 might have the same issue.

You can see in the above screenshot that the inside border in the
ChatDlg is twice as big as the border in GroupChat dlg. They are
annoying especially in compact mode. At the same time (probably the same
cause), it seems that the splitter has extra space around it. I suppose
that the TextEdit box and the QRichEdit in ChatDlg got some extra
borders... sometime.
