There reason I posted it here first is that I wanted to know the opinion of
the lead developpers.  If they like the idea of having an official Psi
manual, we could brainstorm about the items that we want to have in the
manual.  Eventually there could be a 'Documentation' subforum, where a team
of documentalists could develop/translate the documentation.

Someone who has already some experience with writing documentation would be
a good help.
