Whether or not the transports are attached to the same server is irrelevant, 
sure, but I'd love to know how you think Jane Microsoft is going to 
understand that you can add transports on a different server.

Remember, this wizard is for the newbies.  People who know that you can add 
transports from different servers are not newbies.

Well, physical distance is useless.  As an example, my main web server until 
very recently was only about 2km away physically, but 300ms away by lag, 
since it was sitting in a business which got its main connection via 
satellite from the US. :-)

But checking the nearby servers for the closest by timing connections to each 
seems reasonable.
