There's a status icon in the top left corner of the ChatDlg (normal
mode, not compact mode). When hovering over it, Psi displays the same
popup as when hovering over a roster contact.

The only difference is that the popup from the ChatDlg does not contain
custom avatars, it contains the default ones. (I think the problem) - I
didn't even knew there's a popup appearing when hovering over that
status icon until now.
