Users are talking about this again.  Anyone interested in looking into doing
it?

"Add option that would make the roster automatically resize based on the
number of visible contacts. Add a sub-option of 'resize up' and 'resize
down' to allow for the user's preference of docking the roster to the top or
bottom of the screen. Have the max vertical size cap at Y resolution of
desktop minus taskbar/dock widgets."
