Hmm... and is it really much time consuming now?

It's not a good question if we'd really use it. I'd happily answer 'yes!
yes!!' now, like a small kid, but who knows if I'd really use it for more
than a month...
So maybe allow people to self-register now, and see if there's a bigger
activity in Flyspray. If yes, then you may work on making task creating
easier.
