[Psi-devel] Roster rewrite

Could you please, please move #134 to "immediately needed"? Metacontacts
is the last of the features for me to declare Psi the ultimate im client ;)

PS My contact list with metacontacts would magically compress from >80 to
40 or so contacts ;)
