[Psi-devel] Flyspray tasks available as an RSS feed

Here's one example, this is a beta feature, let me know if you find
bugs or have suggestions.

The 'type' variable can be one of these:

'new' - tasks most recently opened
'clo' - tasks most recently closed
'sev' -  tasks by severity, highest first 'pri' - tasks by priority,
highest first

The 'num' variable is merely how many entries you want displayed.  If
you don't set it, it defaults to five.
