Misha will have to answer this, but I think it's the one from the JEP with the
addition of roster iconsets (via an extension). However, the way it is done
is really bad, IMO. We should probably redraft JEP-38 with better
consideration for roster icons if we really want to go there, or we should
retract our extension and pursue an independent roster iconset format.

I've always thought SVG was a good idea for anything, so I have no problem
with allowing them in jisps. Flash sounds like overkill...

A way of doing this is a good idea I think. However, I'm not sure I like this
particular method. It seems like a better approach would be to use JEP-0096
to transfer the set between contacts, and maybe use a hash identification to
avoid naming conflicts.
