I don't know how your desktop looks, but i would give a lot of money to
see those guys from "Queer eye for the straight guy" get nuts with it :)
Maybe we should ask them what they think ;)

Comparing OSX to the XP theme is just plain wrong! Shame on you !  It is
true, on XP you lose a lot by turning on all those fancy things.
Microsoft definitely don't have the style thing down yet.  On MacOS
though, you don't lose _any_ real estate with the theme. I put a lot of
value on those things, and i have to say that my Os X desktop has as
much room in it as my highly tweaked FVWM desktop. I only wish my FVWM
could look as good as my Os X desktop. Have you tried it yet ?

Too bad the star isn't animated then :)
Oh wait, the star wiggles with messages, right ? I always thought there
was a bug in the animation. Anyway, i don't like the crystal animation
for chats and messages either, so i'll shut up now :)
