I used a version of this iconset from about a week or so ago, and my main 
problem with it is that it is just too bland.  Everything is faded, without 
much color variety.  Boxes for a roster set are even less interesting than 
those faceless-people icons I see in MSN and BeOS styles.  The animations are 
barely discernable.

On a positive note, the icons are very professional-looking.  What it needs 
now is personality.
