Nobody ever told me to make anything. I "wanted" to do it, and probably
i will, unless everybody is against it.

I made it a goal of mine to provide Psi with a new face.
I think everybody can understand that, when i set this my goal, and i
started to create a logo, design a homepage, and worked out a system-
and a roster iconset (about 70 icons), it was not my plan that
everything exept the roster icons are done by me.
I see that timing was not on my side and hope i will get a chance to
catch up.
Of course i can't declare myself as official Psi design head, but i
think i deserve to get a chance to try to meet the requirements from my
perspective.

Everybody is just talking about how stellar should be.
Hardly anyone really wants to take a step back from stellar and talk
about the requirements for an new approach. And i don't consider "good
looking" as a feasible remark on a discussion about general requirements
for an iconset.

So what chance do i have?
I think putting proposals on the table is a fair solution, but it seems
that everything unlike stellar does not draw any attention. Not even the
idea of making something different.

Regarding the amount of time and effort i put into the CI i think it
shouldn't just be an "well let's see wich one is better"-decision about
a small but important thing like the rosterset. Because this would blow
off the whole thing i was working on from the beginning.
