Psi generally follows the Mac/GNOME guideline, which is to have the active
button in the bottom right. I think the only exception might be the Options
dialog. We should probably fix that.
Someday, I think it might be worth making a class out of the bottom buttons,
so that we can change the arrangement dynamically depending on the platform.
Showing Mac button order under Windows is confusing.
The event dialog has the close button on the far left, which is an ICQ-ism.
Might be worth ditching this.
