[Psi-devel] New User Wizard

I'm willing to look into making the new user wizard as mentioned at 
http://psi-im.org/flyspray/?do=details&id=54

The problem is, I can't look at the ui file, as it just segfaults QT 
designer 3.3.3.  Anyone able to get this to work in a current version of 
QT, or should I just try to make something similar from scratch?  Date 
listed for the ui file is Wednesday, 16 Jul 2003, 7:34pm.

I need some form of setup for a new user that can can read in something 
like an xml file to get presets like the servername, and to use the 
$USER variable or equivalent prepended, etc to get new users started up 
quickly, perhaps in a lab environment.  Sounds close enough to this that 
I might as well just go ahead and see if I can fullfill the request to 
help move the project along.
