The presence of the config data would trigger this behavior for us (ie, 
user would only get the password prompt initially).  The custom config 
data would either be with the rest of the global stuff, or in seperate 
xml file.  I'm not yet certain which would be more appropriate at this 
point, so I need to do some more digging.

If the default server select stuff for the home users shown on that UI 
resource was implemented, I'd assume you would want that to show for 
users that don't have custom presets, however.  I was not planning on 
doing that part yet, however (maybe if I have time to complete the 
feature, but I have so much to do and only about 10 weeks to do it in).
