I can't really come up with an example that can't be mapped to this format.
Maybe it's not easy to implement, but not that it can't be done. The server
has to parse different privacy lists too, this is quite the same thing.

My dialog is far from perfect, but I still think it's the most easy way for a
user to configure his privacy settings. The other dialogs are far more
abstract than mine, a bit too abstract for regular users I'm afraid. This is
basic functionality, it should be made as easy as possible.
