Personally, i hate splitting, because you are breaking the logic, and  
hack your way around the wiki. Let's put off the splitting as long as  
possible, so as long as it is not a gigantic problem (which it is  
not, and will not be any time soon), i suggest to leave it as it is  
now. Navigation is easy enough using the TOC. Editing is easy enough  
using MediaWiki's section-specific editing. We will split later, when  
it is really needed.
