When psi is ported to Qt4, will it be able to compile it on Windows
using a non-commercial compiler?
I mean: sometimes there are problems when using different compilers
(a "nice" example is QCA and MSVC 2003). So, when we port to Qt4, are
the devs planning to make sure that there is a non-commercial windows
compiler that works with psi (and, as an implication, it will be
possible to use non-commercial Qt to build psi)?
