IMHO, I think these are in the right direction for an improvement of
this dialog.  We should prolly brainstorm what other things need to be
fixed while someone's in there.  :)

- Why aren't the reconnect options enabled by default?
- We have to help the user in some way on the data tranasfer proxy port
- I've seen two recent forum threads on "how to disable message
logging".  Having this on the Account Properties / Prefs tab is waaay
too deep.
