Yeah, I meant proxy.  Disco oughta work, I think we talked about that
at one point.  The breakdown was what do we do after we find there's
no local proxy.  We can't automatically populate it with
proxy.jabber.org.  However, we should help the user find what to put
in this field somehow.

Agreed.  And we can leave the config.xml the same as it is now.  If
someone wants to log one but not the other, they can always edit it by
hand.  (And maybe clue you in inside the gui by "shading" the
checkbox.)
