Yes, it does, but it has its own language setting and for most users
there's no need to set the browser's language preference correctly, most
of them leave it as "en" where many of these would actually speak
another language and also have set it in Psi (where it's more present).

And yes, Firefox won't send a Psi/0.10 user agent header...
