Well, in Psi, you should really set your language b/c it talks to you in
this language and you always get to see it. A browser is typically
downloaded or provided in the correct language but preset to send
Accept-language headers of "en" only. And why should one really care for
this preference setting? Most pages are only available in a single
language anyway or the user can change this with one click, whereas that
browser setting is often hidden somewhere deep in the options. At least
I wouldn't expect the average user to make that change, although some of
my web pages also respect this setting.
