Every piece of code that access the system in some kind of daemon code
is a potential danger. Users of Psi need to at least have the choice to
not run any danger at all, so this is why this kind of code should not
go into Psi.

This said, i'll try to write this command soon, and it can (and probably 
will) go into a lot of unofficial Psi builds. Once plugins are here,
we can make a plugin available so that all users can choose to use this
feature if they want (but, more importantly, they are not forced to have
potential hazardous code into their IM client).
