It's a bit interesting, yeah.

I've just found a couple of things which may or may not be bugs.  Firstly, 
when submitting the form, my bot isn't receiving the action="complete" 
attribute which I expect for the final action in the form.  But I don't know 
whether this was because I wasn't transmitting the <actions/> element or not.

I updated my bot's code to send <actions type="complete"><complete/></actions> 
along with the rest, and as soon as Psi receives that packet, it chews up 
memory and CPU until it crashes.  It actually dies before the XML console 
even gets to print the stanza. :-/

Maybe that one is a bug in my code which is just bringing out a bug in Psi 
itself, though.
