[Psi-devel] <thread> element in message - fix

There is a FS task for <thread> element (#126).
mblsha said that Psi already responds well to messages containing
<thread>. However, it's not really true. Small investigation showed that
thread's value is passes everywhere correctly but... Message::toStanza()
does not put it into the output stanza...
