Oh, I forgot to mention: when we were having those connection problem reports 
on 0.9.3 + Win95, I once had the idea of *suggesting* that we drop support 
for Win95, since Qt doesn't seem to work on it. We probably should do the 
same for 0.10.

I forgot about this once I started reconsidering the phrasing, because I 
didn't want it to sound mean and unsupportive towards the Win95 users. Qt 
seems to have eased this decision.
