This I like.  Brilliant!  I read it and it just made sense.  Let the
transport provide the pubsub service for all information pertaining to
the user's on the transport.  This way the informational replies are
really simple (because they just refer back to the transport).  Then
the pubsub component can handle sending updated avatars, etc.  This is
an example of a limited pubsub service that you can't actually publish
to - so it's a transub?
