[Psi-devel] FIX: g++ 4.0 compiler trouble

Hawke with his hawke eyes ran into trouble building Psi with G++ 4.0. It
chokes on iconaction.cpp at line 75. That line casts a QPopupMenu and a
QObject to do a pointer comparison. Removing the cast lets g++ compile it.

I don't know if that breaks anything though. I don't know why we're
casting to ints to do a pointer comparison, and I'm not groking this
code at all either.
