[Psi-devel] Tab fixes

As those of you subscribed to the rss feed for darcs will have noticed, I fixed assorted bugs in tab support yesterday, including the one where the in-chat history is lost if the tabset is closed. The emoticon-in-all-tabs error is still present as is the windows redraw bug. We're getting closer to 0.10 people.
