I think we should do a MUC release before the Qt4 release. Converting to
Qt4 is going to be non-trivial and could take a while. Someone can prove
me wrong by saying they've already got Psi going under it, but getting
MUC out there before a Qt4 version of Psi will please our users. I
suppose the development could go in parallel. If my brief foray into
using Qt4 is any indicator, I only think the list views used in MUC will
need to be changed and maybe some #includes.

I'd like to see it done soon too. An SVG renderer will be easy to do w/ Qt4.
