[Psi-devel] Read marker line isn't removed

I have just noticed an issue with that horizontal read mark line in
groupchat windows. If you enter a room, then leave the window and
something is written in that room, this line will be placed at the very
top of the window, before the first text line. But later on, it's not
removed again, there's a second line further down.

I think it's because that paragraph number is set to 0 in this case,
I'll try to track it down later.
