[Psi-devel] SRV Record Support in Psi

I can't seem to access this patch, but please remember that enabling SRV 
causes a cascade of other issues.  Please see my comments about the reworking 
of the account dialog from a month or so ago.  I do think it would be worth 
enabling, but the rest must be done too.
