Ok, done.  Ctrl-R if you would.  New things include:

- Show Permissions link top right
- Next and Previous navigation links that travel through query results
- Ability to make task private (if you are Kev or I  :) )
- Assign to me button
- Jabber notifications should be faster now.  Or rather, notifications
will not hold you up when changes are made as they are queued. *
- I have no idea what else.  Tony hasn't written a changelog.
