[Psi-devel] More Flyspray goodness

New feature: 

- You now have the ability to modify multiple tasks at once.  At
present the only actions you can do are: watch, stop watching, and
assign to me.

Let me know if you find this useful, and suggestions on other
functions to include in this feature.
