I wouldn't really pity them: Those who use hotkeys are usually geeks
or the more advanced users, and they pride themselves of knowing
crypting features and shortcuts. ;)

I am not a native English speaker, but it is my understanding that it
is related to the QWERTY keyboard and the key's position in it: Z X C
V (Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste).
I saw that little green labels on a NeXT keyboard, so I guess it comes
from way back in time.
