I find that on my system, that enabling the align top top option,
actually moves icons with only one line of text DOWN!  If we're asking
for options here, why don't we let the user choose: align to: top,
center, bottom - and allow them to supply an offset in pixels.

We may be able to do this all with a single text box: + is align to
top, - is align to bottom, missing is center.  so:

Align to top: +0
Align to center: 0

Tricky to align 2 pixels above top: +-2 ?
or two below bottom: -+2 ?
