On the current /kev version, the "Psi" title can easily be read as
all-uppercase (mainly because of the small caps style and little
difference in size). I know that people reading or at least remembering
it as "PSI" is a problem now.

The page logo is a perspectively altered version of the flat logo. It
looks a bit exaggerated to me, the bottom border is ten times as thick
as the top border. A macro photo of ~3cm distance would produce this.
And in the site design, it's a little big I think. Making it smaller
could help.

The navigation line(s) look a bit shifted. From the short lines and the
different sizes I have the impression of an unprecise work, even if it
was fully intended for sure. The second line looks like a
sub-navigation, but from the links, it isn't. This is what I like more
about the current Psi website and Jason's proposal, the entire
navigation line looks consistent and better integrated in the design.

And yes, don't forget to check the website with styles or images
disabled. The Psi website is not primarily about creative artwork, so it
should be accessible that way, too.

I mentioned earlier already that Robert's logo design reminds me very
much at the Windows Longhorn logo in the first moment. And it doesn't
have so much in common with the Greek letter Ψ as Jason's does.

How about a shadow for the icon itself? Or a colour shade.

Summary: Don't get me wrong but, in my very humble opinion and personal
impression, Jason's design looks more professional to me.

If anybody needs help with more technical HTML/CSS questions, just ask me.
