It's a simple patch, so it won't be a big deal, plus the code is almost
all in either a new function in psiaccount.cpp or a new class.

Any estimate to when a basic (ie, compiles, connects and shows contacts
list) QT4 version will be available so patches can start to be ported?
The last mention of it I saw on this list was near the end of August.
