Yes, it seems to be cached. Can webmaster change redirection on psi.affinix.com to another url, not root page of 
http://psi-im.org/ ?

Apache mod_rewrite seems be the best method but it requre reloading of apache. Also it's difference with 301 and 302 
http responses.
