Could we revisit this discussion for a minute? I've been playing
around with the nightlies, and I think the on-resume-from-suspend
behavior is a little backwards.

I have an account (two, actually) that have "automatically reconnect
if disconnected" set, and "automatically connect on startup" _not_
set. If I _manually_ go offline and then suspend my Powerbook (i.e.
I'm disconnected when it goes to sleep), when I wake from sleep, Psi
is reconnecting by itself. I think that the resume code should be
observing the connect-on-startup setting, and it appears to be
looking at the reconnect-if-disconnected setting instead. Or
something. <g> I'll have a look at the source at lunchtime to be sure
(I'm at work atm), but any insight in the meantime would be welcome...
