OK, two attached PNGs. I slid your message halfway across the  
boundary so you can see the alignment. The QT menu is the thin line  
about halfway between the bottom of Psi's window and the top of the  
mail message. It's aligned perfectly with the top of the first  
display's space (QT's probably basing its size restrictions/ 
adjustments on the first display rather than the "current" display).
