[Psi-devel] remote commands

Cool new feature, the remote commands :)

Just one thing: In one build (the official nightly build
Psi-0.11-devel_20060724) I managed to enable remote controls on one
account, and now I can't find that option for another account, weird, I
thought it was somewhere in Account setup, but I just can't find it
anymore there, nor in any contextual menu... am I blind or has it
disappeared?

Another note on my build with qt4.2tp1: In Preferences (Options), the
"Application" area is sometimes empty, the "Chat" area is always empty.
